Some Things I Can Help With:
Anxiety and Depression
Anxiety and Depression are extremely difficult, insidious, and misunderstood. If you suffer from either or both, I’m here to offer a safe space where you can learn to face and grow from these experiences. It is possible to feel better, and it starts with effective therapy.
Burn-out
People-pleasing and overworking can drain your energy, resulting in chronic fatigue and burn-out. Let’s find a balance between freedom and productivity so you can stay productive while living your most authentic life.
Trauma
Whether it’s new, old, or generational, trauma is hard. Facing it head-on, with the help of a great therapist, can help you ease the burden and work through your experiences. Don’t suffer alone any longer.
Difficulty Adjusting
So many of the challenges we face as people are a result of changes. Changing responsibilities, relationships, and identity all compound to leave us overwhelmed and unsure of how to react. Learn skills to manage change, find peace, and emerge empowered.
Offering Online Appointments
While virtual therapy is not for everyone, many clients prefer it. Telehealth eliminates travel time and transportation costs, making it more convenient for your schedule. Also, many patients find it helpful to be in a familiar and comfortable place during therapy.
Paying for Services
I want you to receive the help you need and deserve. So, I offer a variety of options to help you pay for therapy. Review pricing and payment options below or contact me with questions.
What to Expect
Sessions begin with a Psychiatric Evaluation to obtain a mental health diagnosis or simply to establish a background and understanding of how to support you. First sessions are $125 and Therapy sessions are $110; this includes individual, family and couples counseling sessions.
At your free consultation or first session we will discuss your interest in frequency for therapy, but I like to start with weekly sessions in the beginning to build rapport and get to know each other faster and we can then move to less frequent sessions if you desire.
Payment Options
I accept both Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. Clients with other insurance providers may be eligible for reimbursement via Out of Network benefits. Also, clients may choose to use private pay.
Paying with Cigna or Blue Cross Blue Shield
Clients will pay for any co-pays or deductibles at the time of service. We will submit documentation and bill your insurance company for remaining charges.
Private Pay
Clients may choose to pay out of pocket for therapy. If you are concerned about the cost or process of paying for services, please reach out. I believe deeply in the value of mental health care and because of that, I am happy to talk with you about your budget for mental health services and discuss if I am able to provide a sliding scale payment.
Out of Network:
You will be responsible for all fees at the time of service and then will submit documentation for reimbursement to your insurance company. To determine if you qualify, please check your insurance policy’s summary of benefits, then call your insurance provider for details. Be sure that you fully understand all requirements for reimbursement and what expenses you will incur before beginning treatment.
